Rules:

To insure there are no abuses of this program, a new client is considered to be the FIRST account that a successful deposit was made into. Any subsequent accounts, using the same credit card (VISA, MasterCard, NETeller) will not be considered for payment. If an individual opens up 10 accounts and the same payment method is used in these accounts, then the webmaster gets credit for only 1 account.
