Select the Internet icon.

Press the Custom Level button.

Scroll to "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" Select Enable.

Scroll to "Allow per session cookies" Select Enable.

Select Tools->Internet Options->Security->Custom Level.

Set Reset Custom Settings to: medium or low.

From the menu select Tools->Internet options->Advanced->JavaVM.

Ensure "Java JIT compiler enabled" is selected.

Ensure "enable Java logging" is selected.

Press OK to continue.

For Netscape (MAC) users:

Power Macintosh OS 6.5 or later

From the menu select Edit->Preferences->Advanced.

Under the "Cookies" options, ensure that "accept all cookies" is selected.

Edit->Preferences->Security Zone->set security to medium or low.

Press OK to continue.

Internet Explorer 4.0 (MAC) users:

From the menu select Edit->Preferences->Java->select "enable Java".

Edit->Preferences->Receiving Files->Cookies. Ensure that "never ask" is selected in the "when receiving cookies" feature.

Edit->Preferences->Security Zone->set security to medium or low.

Press OK to continue.
